Last year’s fundraiser bar for Island Mountain Arts was so popular that I had a number of requests for the Dirty Chai bar again. I have modified the recipe a bit for this version, using a hemp milk instead of the mixed alt-milks, but concept is the same. A delicious coffee chai latte (dirty chai) translated into a dark chocolate bar. This uses the Arhuacos Colombian cacao and Colombian coffee beans roasted at Connected Minds in Coquitlam.
