Basic Principles of Chocolate Making (Cariboo Edition)

We're going on the road with our chocolate making class! In coordination with Island Mountain Arts, we will be hosting a chocolate making workshop in Wells. Come learn about making chocolate right from beans. Learn about sorting, roasting, cracking and grinding to making your own chocolate to take home. Along the way, learn about other ingredients that make up commercial and craft chocolate. We will have a tasting to experience the flavours of these ingredients to deepen your understanding of this delicious food.
